The civil engineering services includedpreparing drawings with top of foundation elevations, providingexisting and proposed contours, designingstorm water drainage and detention system, locatingwater and sanitary service lines, labelingtop of foundation for adjacent properties, parking, drive and sidewalk pavement details, locatingand labelingmanholes, showingerosion control, indicatingcurbcut, and curb and gutter details.

A metal deck supported on steel joist system was utilized for the flat roof. The steel joists transfer the roof loads to Versacore Insulated Wall Panels produced by Fabcon and supported on reinforced concrete wall foundations.

For the mezzanine roof, the metal deck will be supported on a three dimensional (space) steel truss. The steel trussesalso transfer the roof loads to Versacore Insulated Wall Panels produced by Fabcon.

Finite element modeling and in house programs were used for the structural analysis and design.
